The X7 Project exists to bring rest, restoration, and renewed strength to law enforcement officers through intentional, unforgettable experiences. We partner with agencies across the country to host fully curated trips, retreats, and events designed to give officers the space to breathe, decompress, build community, and return home better than they arrived. Through excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to service, our mission is simple: honor the men and women who sacrifice daily by creating environments where they can pause, recharge, and remember their purpose.
MISSION
Our mission is to empower and uplift law enforcement officers by providing restorative experiences that support their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Through intentionally crafted trips, community-building opportunities, and unwavering support, we aim to create safe spaces where officers can find rest, connection, and renewed purpose. We are committed to honoring those who serve by investing in their health, strengthening their resilience, and reminding them that they are seen, valued, and never alone.
VISION
Our vision is to see every law enforcement officer in America experience true rest, renewal, and support through the X7 Project. We aim to establish 50 chapters in all 50 states, each led by a dedicated Chapter Director who carries our mission and values into their local communities. With a presence in all 18,000+ law enforcement agencies nationwide, we strive to ensure that every one of the 870,000 officers across the United States has access to an X7 trip creating a culture of care, resilience, and restoration for those who serve and protect every day.
